The former Rolling Hills Golf Course has sat empty since 2014. Since then, Seminole County has acquired the property and plans to develop this large open green space into a community park for the enjoyment of Seminole County residents. With its peaceful rolling hills extending through approximately 100 acres of land, this property is full of potential as a space for recreation and enjoyment of nature.
