Site Conditions

In order to best build a vision for Rolling Hills Community Park, it's important to consider the existing site conditions and how these will impact the experience of the space for the park user. The following document details the existing site conditions observed on-site. These include significant canopy trees, slopes, views, and buffers required. Based on these conditions, the design team can make decisions on trail routes and placement of various elements to offer a unique and comfortable experience in the future park.
